User agreement

I give the IPP approval by the Eridon Company, registered at the following address: Kyiv region, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, p. Knyazhi, st. 46, which owns the site www.eridon.ua, and the company or person who posted the vacancy, their written, unconditional and irrevocable consent to the processing of my Personal Data (contained in my resume and / or any other similar letters, placed on the site www.eridon.ua), which includes the commission of any actions and / or a set of actions related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), impersonation, destruction of my Personal Tribute the purpose of my job.

The scope of my Personal Data that is processed in the processing of my Personal Data and that can be included in the personal data profile of the resume is defined as any information about me (contained in my resume and / or any other similar letters posted on the site www.eridon.ua), which became known to IPF Firma "Eridon", as well as to any third parties.

The consent given by me to the processing of my Personal Data does not provide for reports from the WFP of the Eridon Company about the transfer of my Personal Data to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

I confirm that I understand my rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", as well as the purpose of processing my Personal Data, including the collection of my Personal Data.

I agree that the processing time of my Personal Data is indefinite.
