Eridon, one of the largest Ukrainian agricultural company, offers high-quality maize of 3rd grade, harvest 2021, of Ukrainian origin in the total amount of 70,000 tons on DAP terms (Delivered at Place)

QUALITY OF THE COMMODITY

• Moisture: max 14,5 %;
• Foreign Admixture: max 2 %;
• Broken: max 5 %;
• Damaged: max 5 %;
• Pest infestation: not allowed;
• Rest indicators as per DSTU 4525:2006;
• GMO free;
• Method of analysis as per DSTU 4525:2006;
• Not contain chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifosmethyl in excess of those permitted in the EU.

The price is negotiable

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Buyer shall pay 100% of delivered lot value within 3 (three) days from the day of presentation by fax/mail of the next documents and after crossing the border:

• Copy of the Seller’s invoice covering the payment of the received Commodity as per weight indicated in railway bill;
• Copy of Railway bill (s) for the Commodity lot (goods receipts(s)) according to the instructions of the Buyer;
• Copy of quality certificate(s) issued by grain elevator in English languages;
• Copy of export customs declaration;
• Copy of Phytosanitary certificate;
• Copy of certificate of origin EUR 1;
• Copy of STATEMENT regarding abidance  procedures resulting from regulation (EC) 183/2005 of 12 January 2005 of the Eropean Parliament and Concil establishing requirements concerning feedsstaffs hygiene and that the Goods are not GMOs;
• Copy of laboratory testing protocol.

WARUNKI PŁATNOŚCI

• Kupujący zapłaci 100% wartości partii dostarczonej w terminie 3 (trzech) dni od dnia przedstawienia faksem/pocztą kolejnych dokumentów oraz po przekroczeniu granicy:
• Kopia faktury Sprzedającego obejmującej zapłatę otrzymanego Towaru według wagi wskazanej w kolejowym liście przewozowym;
• Kopie faktur kolejowych za przesyłkę towaru wypełnione zgodnie z instrukcjami Kupującego;
• Kopie świadectwa jakości (certyfikatu(-ów))  wydanego przez laboratorium magazynu zbożowego w języku angielskim;
• Kopie ładunku i deklaracji celnej;
• Kopia świadectwa fitosanitarnego;
• Kopie świadectwa pochodzenia EUR 1;
• Kopia certyfikatu zgodności w sprawie procedur przestrzegania przepisów wynikających z rozporządzenia (WE) 183/2005 z dnia 12 stycznia 2005 r. Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady ustanawiającego wymagania dotyczące higieny pasz oraz że Towar nie jest GMO;
• Kopia protokołu badań laboratoryjnych.

Das Unternehmen "Eridon" bietet hochwertigen Mais von 3 Qualitäten, Ernte 2021, ukrainischen Ursprungs in einer Gesamtmenge von 70.000 Tonnen zu DAP-Bedingungen (Lieferung am Bestimmungsort)

PRODUKTQUALITÄT

• Luftfeuchtigkeit: nicht mehr als 14,5 %;
• Müllbeimischung: nicht mehr als 2 %;
• Gebrochene Körner: nicht mehr als 5 %;
• Beschädigte Körner: nicht mehr als 5 %;
• Schädlingskontamination: nicht erlaubt;
• Die übrigen Indikatoren gemäß DSTU (Staatliche Normen der Ukraine) 4525:2006;
• ohne GVO;
• Analyseverfahren nach DSTU (Staatliche Normen der Ukraine) 4525:2006;
• Chlorpyrifos und Chlorpyrifos Methyl in Mengen, die die in der EU zulässigen Mengen nicht überschreiten.

Der Preis ist verhandelbar.

ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Der Käufer zahlt 100% der Kosten der gelieferten Charge innerhalb von 3 (drei) Tagen ab dem Datum der Bereitstellung mit Hilfe von Fax / elektronischer Kommunikation der folgenden Dokumente und nach dem Überschreiten der Grenze:

• Kopie der Rechnung des Verkäufers in Höhe des Betrags, der dem Gewicht der Waren entspricht, die im Eisenbahnfrachtbrief angegeben ist;
• Kopien von Eisenbahnfrachtbriefen für eine Charge von Waren, die gemäß den Anweisungen des Käufers ausgefüllt wurden;
• Kopien des vom Getreidelagerlabor ausgestellten Qualitätszertifikats in englischer Sprache;
• Kopien der Ladungs- und Zollanmeldung;
• Kopien der Pflanzengesundheitszeugnisse;
• Kopien des Euro-1-Ursprungszeugnisses;
• Kopien der Bescheinigung über die Einhaltung der Verfahren der Verordnung des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates der Europäischen Gemeinschaft Nr. 183/2005 vom 12. Januar 2005 zur Festlegung der Vorschriften für die Futtermittelhygiene und der Tatsache, dass es sich bei den Waren nicht um GVO handelt;
• Eine Kopie des Labortestprotokolls.
